C 1 Josh Finch Experience Most-Recent Role DIGITAL CHAMPION Department for Work & Pensions I was most-recently employed by the Department for Work & Pensions on an 8 week contract to deliver training & support services as part of their new “Universal Jobmatch” requirement for new claims. Principle responsibilities include: Provision of training & support for non-technical users Including the development of training material for drop-in customers, dealing with the complex needs of elderly and non-technical customers, and the design of training sessions. Operating in a high-risk environment Including working with aggressive or confrontational learners, learners with complex educational needs, and learners with substance/alcohol abuse problems.
