Relevant experience in designing and producing cash packets (“Ang Pow
packets”) for at least two years.
Full compliance with the specifications and requirements under scope of
work.

The quotation must be submitted together with TWO (2) sample designs of the
money packet.
4.
The quotation must be submitted in a SEALED envelope and marked with
“Quotation to Design and Produce Labuan FSA’s Corporate Festive Cash
Packets for 2015".
5.
The quotation must be submitted not later than 3.00 p.m., Wednesday 20 May
2015 to the address below:

6. Labuan FSA shall not be responsible for any loss of quotation or delayed of
submission. Proof of posting shall not be accepted as evidence for the
submission of quotation.
7. Labuan FSA is also not bound to accept the lowest or any quotation nor will it be
responsible for any cost incurred in relation to this RFQ.
