Learn to Skate Basic Skills Numbers
Eligibility Requirements
Any skater who has participated in a Missoula Figure Skating Club Basic Skills program during the 20142015 season OR any skater who is a Missoula Figure Skating Club member who has not yet passed their
Pre-Preliminary Moves in the Field, is eligible to participate in the Learn to Skate Basic Skill Numbers. For
example, if you are a Basic 7 level skater that does not participate in the Basic Skills program, but does
skate on Club Ice, you may participate in the group of your skating level. Please see below for more
information on eligibility according to the skater’s skating level.
Learn to Skate skaters should sign up for the following numbers based on the level they are currently
enrolled in or the level they were in during their last class taken.
For Example: If a skater is signed up for Basic 3 level for Spring session, they should sign up for the Basic
3-4 Group. If a skater is not signed up for Spring Session, they should enroll at the level of their last class
taken, even if they passed that level. i.e. Skater passed Basic 1 during Winter Session 2 but is not
currently enrolled for Spring, they should sign up for Basic 1-2 Group.
