Sealed Tender is invited for the Purchase of Equipments (List enclosed) to Centre for
Tourism and Hostel Management:
The Rate, Tax, Terms & Conditions may also be furnished in the quotations. The Supply
of above items shall cover the norms as detailed below:
1. 1% EMD should be remitted through Demand Draft in favour of the Registrar,
Madurai Kamaraj University along with the Tender application.
2. 4% Security Deposit will be collected from the successful firm.
3. The payment will be made after the supply of items in good condition.
4. The EMD and Security Deposit amount will be released later.
Tender application may be sent to The Registrar, Madurai Kamaraj University,
Palkalainagar, Madurai – 625 021 on or before, 10.04.2015 at 3.00pm superscripting the
cover as “Tender for the supply of Equipments to Centre for Tourism and Hotel
Management’’. The Sealed Tender will be opened on 10.04.2015 at 4.00pm.
