In her new role, Emily will act as an internal consultant for regional corporate and property management, providing guidance and recommendations on various compensation-related issues, including wage and salary administration, job analysis, job descriptions, and employee promotions. Most recently, Emily served as Employee Engagement Manager at Bellagio, where she was responsible for the oversight of all employee events, communications and services. Prior to serving in this capacity, Emily held various HR support roles at Bellagio since 2006, and worked as an Usher for Zumanity at New York-New York when she joined the Company in 2005. Emily also spent some time with Walt Disney World Resort as a Recruiting Coordinator, and earlier in the Walt Disney World College Program. Emily Younglove Regional Compensation Partner Emily is a proud Diversity Champion and active volunteer supporting Habitat for Humanity, Three Square and Ronald McDonald House, where she serves as a Las Vegas Scholarship Judge. Emily is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from the Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Please offer Emily your full support as she assumes the responsibility of her new role. She will spend time with the Compensation team in Las Vegas prior to relocating to the National Harbor offices in the coming weeks.
