Bank Draft/Cheque shall be made in favor of “MSS Infracon Pvt Ltd” payable at Delhi/NCR.
Interest Free Maintenance Security (IFMS) at Rs. 30/- per sq. ft. shall be payable by the allottee before the possession of the flat/unit to
the allottee.
Meter connection charges, utility connection charges and maintenance charges for the first year in advance shall also be payable by the
allottee before the possession of the flat/unit as per actual basis.
This prices list is not a legal offering. The mentioned prices are subject to change/revision without any prior notice at the sole discretion of
the company.

to changes as directed by the company/architect/competent, authority, if required.
