Workday Projects
We have a variety of projects— both skilled and unskilled. If you can walk and talk (not
necessarily at the same time) there is something for you to do.
Projects include, but are not limited to:







Spreading pine straw
Fixing up playground equipment
Pressure washing both bridges to the tennis courts
Cleaning entrance signs
Sprucing up message boards
Finish painting benches around pool area and cleaning rooms around the pool
deck
Other jobs to be determined
Supplies such as plants, paint, pine straw, and some garden tools will be provided. So
just wear comfortable clothes and shoes and come on down. However, if you have any
tools you think might help, a tool belt or tool box, please feel free to bring them.
Pool badges may be picked up at the clubhouse between the hours of 10 am and
2 pm. You must be current on your dues to get your badges, but you may bring them
up to date when you come to pick up your badges.
There will be coffee and donuts in the morning, followed by lunch and beverages in the
afternoon.
REMEMBER: If you help out at work day, the pool will open at 2 p.m.
for your family!

Pool News
May 10th! It’s just around the corner. It’s almost time to remove the
pool cover and pull out the furniture to start the process of getting
the pool ready for opening day on May 10th.
On May 9th, we will be having the annual Work Day and hope
many of you can come out and help. We will also be handing out
pool badges on that day. You must be in good standing with your
association dues up to date in order to receive your badge. If you
need to bring those dues up to date, Kelley Smith, our Treasurer,
will be onsite to take your payment at the club house.

Treasurer’s Report and Financial Reports
Attached are extracts from the unaudited financial reports for the year ending
February 28, 2015 for the Association.
Spring is such an exciting time here in Woodbine Station! We have some great
improvement projects going on and pool season is right around the corner. Please
mark May 9th on your calendar for Woodbine Workday. We need YOU to help spruce
up the place to prepare for all the wonderful outdoor time we will have this summer.
We do have several member accounts that are more than a year past due. If you
would like to discuss your account and putting together a plan to get you caught up
over time, please contact me. I’m happy to work on a plan to get you back into an actively involved state!
Dues for 2015 remain at $114 a quarter. We appreciate all who can pay their whole
year’s dues of $456 in advance. Please remember that your 2 nd quarter 2015 dues
came current on Apr 1st. As always, please let me know if you have questions about
your account.
