Special Easter Offering –
We Love Kids!
We want kids to love going to
church to know and love Jesus!
Help us bless families by updating and resourcing our Children’s
Ministries facilities. Most of the
rooms still have the original flooring,
lighting, ceiling tiles, and furniture from the 1950s! This Easter
special offering will go to update
and equip our Children’s Facilities.
Simply mark your giving envelopes,
check, or online giving “EASTER” in
March or April. Thank you for your
generosity!

Mark Hayes Concert

Don’t miss “An Evening with Mark
Hayes” at 6:30pm on Sunday, April 19
where Mark will be our guest artist
and conductor with the PFB Celebration Choir and Orchestra. Mark
is an internationally known and
award-winning composer, arranger,
concert pianist, and conductor. The
event is free and childcare is provided through age 5.
NIGHT OF NEWS!
Monday, April 13, 7pm
News! News! News! It seems
that news is being reported everywhere and all the time! In today’s
media-driven culture we get used
to finding out news immediately, if
not in real time. So we thought it
would be good to have a meeting
to bring people up to date on news
around the church. On Monday April
13 at 7 p.m. in the worship center
we will be doing a number of news
updates about things that are happening around the church: Children’s
Ministry/Children’s Pastor Search;
Junior High Ministry; Church Name;
Momentum Campaign; Community
Terrace/Play Yard; and, Restaurant
Building. And as there is at the end
of any good news conference, there
will be a brief time for questions and
answers! Please mark this opportunity on your calendars and join us for
an evening of news!
Christians in Crisis Presentation
Wednesday, March 25, 6:30-8:30pm, C203
Sponsored by Power Point Class
Pastor Wally Magdangal was imprisoned for pastoring the largest underground church in Saudi Arabia. For the “crime,” officials sentenced
him to death by public hanging. He survived brutal beatings and torture
beyond comprehension. Wally shares a miraculous testimony of God’s
release before public execution!
“Pastor Wally is an anointed and impassioned speaker. His message and
ministry inspired our church to impact the world in greater measure!”
Dr. Charles Stanley, First Baptist Church/Atlanta, GA
“Inspiring, moving, riveting.. everyone needs to hear the message that turns
in this man’s heart.” - Josh McDowell, President Josh McDowell Ministry

The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the

Soldiers:
Spiritual growth takes _____________ and ______________.
2 Timothy 2:3-4
Two keys to making it happen:
Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4 No
one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries
to please his commanding officer.

Realize that we are in _________________________.
You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.
Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from
David. This is my gospel, 9 for which I am suffering even to the point of
being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. 10 Therefore
I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain
the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

Here is a trustworthy saying:
If we died with him, we will also live with him;

if we endure, we will also reign with him.
If we disown him, he will also disown us;
13
if we are faithless, he remains faithful, for he cannot disown himself.

2 Timothy 2:5
Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the
victor’s crown except by competing according to the rules.
