This limited lifetime warranty covers ONLY Lund International, Inc. ("Lund International™") Lund® branded products and it excludes the products of
Lund International's direct and indirect subsidiaries, including Belmor Products, Inc., Autotron Accessories, Inc. and Deflecta-Shield® Accessories,
Inc. Please review the terms and conditions of the limited warranties below.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY*
All warranties and representations, except as set out below, are hereby disclaimed, (including fitness for purchaser's intended use or purpose and
merchantability), all products are being sold AS IS, without warranty beyond that made herein, with the purchaser assuming: 1) the entire risk as to
the quality and performance of the goods, 2) the cost of any repairs not covered herein. *Also, the limited lifetime warranty does not apply to the
Canadian provinces of Saskatchewan and New Brunswick, but for those Canadian provinces is a limited warranty described below starting from the
date of purchase of the product and ending three (3) years after the date of the purchase of the product.
For the Lund® branded products, Lund International™ warrants, as limited herein, to the original retail purchaser that its products which have been
properly installed per provided instructions are free from defects in material and/or workmanship. At Lund International's option, the purchaser's
remedy hereunder shall be limited to repair or replacement of defective parts returned to the place of purchase, or to Lund International™ at the
purchaser's expense. Note that for certain specified products, the duration of the limited warranties under "DURATION OF LIMITED WARRANTY FOR
CERTAIN PRODUCTS" below differs according to the product.
The Lund International™ warranty, as limited herein, shall only be effective while the original retail purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product or
products are installed and shall not apply if the product has been removed from the original vehicle. The Lund International™ warranty is void if any
damage to the product or products is due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, or contact with on-road or off-road hazards,
product modification, improper or inadequate maintenance or any use contrary to the instructions accompanying the product. The Lund International™
warranty only covers the cost of the defective part and not the cost of removal, installation, painting or other incidental or consequential charges or
damages, or personal injury damages, and does not cover use of any product on racing vehicles. Lund International™ does not warrant the paint or
painting of its products. The Lund International™ warranty is not transferable from the original purchaser.
DURATION OF LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CERTAIN PRODUCTS
1.The Lund® branded product(s), the stainless Screen Front™ and stainless Cold Front®, Ramp Kit, Bi-Fold and Tri-Fold Ramps carry the foregoing
limited repair or replacement warranty for a three (3) year period from the date of purchase.
2.The Lund® branded product(s), the stainless Interceptor™, carries the foregoing limited repair or replacement warranty for a three (3) year period
from the date of purchase.
3. All Cargo Management products with the exception of ramps listed in #1 carry the foregoing limited repair or replacement warranty for a one (1)
year period from the date of purchase.
To assure product quality, Lund International™ reserves the right to change product designs, materials, specifications and finishes without prior notice
to customers. The Lund International™ warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you. Also, some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Lund
International™ reserves the right to discontinue product lines and substitute products or provide other remedies than those listed in this limited
warranty for those discontinued products.
REQUESTING WARRANTY COVERAGE
For this warranty to be effective, it is strongly recommended that the purchaser completes and returns the warranty registration to Lund
International™ within ten (10) days of the date of purchase of the Lund® branded products. Replacement parts can be obtained by returning the
part along with proof of purchase to the place of purchase. Returns made to Lund International™ will not be accepted without prior authorization
from Lund International™. This includes but is not limited to shipping costs and other incidental costs. Please call customer relations
at 800-328-5863.
