The Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety qualification is the minimum requirement
for health and safety management in the workplace.

*3 To achieve the qualification the learner will need to demonstrate competency via a number of assessment tasks including; Recognition of Prior
Learning/Credit Transfer, Written/Oral Questions, Written reports/Portfolio Assessments, Scenarios
*4 You must meet the following criteria to be eligible under the Future Skills WA program:
- An Australian citizen or permanent resident, or New Zealand citizen who has resided in Australia for 6 months or more
- Reside permanently in WA
- No longer attending school
- Are aged 15 or above
