Our Rotary International District 6200 Conference (April
16-18, 2015) is fastly approaching, and we are bursting with
excitement: The Rotary Club of Crowley, Rotary Club of
Rayne, City of Crowley Mayor Greg Jones, community
leaders and residents are working very hard to make your visit
to Crowley enjoyable and productive. Registration forms were
shared with club presidents at our recent Mid-Year Assembly
and the registration form is also on the District 6200 website.
A special thank you is in order for Rotary Presidents and
members who have taken care of their Rotary Conference
Business already.
The District Conference Agenda has been finalized, and
is ready to go to press. Here is a sneak preview of it to help you plan for the
conference.

9:00 A.M. – Golf Scramble, Tennis Tournament, and Festivals of Rotary Tours
3:00 P.M. – Conference Registration at the Grand Opera House of the South
6:00 P.M. – Past District Governor Appreciation Dinner at the Grand Opera
House of the South. Governor Spouses are the special honorees during the dinner.

7:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. – Conference Registration at the Grand Opera House of the
South
10:00 A.M. – Plenary Session (Please bring your club banners and stands for the
banner parade)
12 Noon – All Club Luncheon (Our guest Speaker is RI Director PDG Larry
Lunsford of Overland, Kansas)
Numerous presentations, awards, door prizes, and delicious food will be shared
with you at the conference.
4:45 P.M. – Festivals of Rotary Parade
5:30 P.M. – District 6200 Food Fest
7:30 P.M. – Concert/Dancing/Hospitality Hour
