DISTRICT GOVERNOR’S AWARDS PROGRAM
ROTARY YEAR 2015-2016
We offer the RY 2015 – 2016 District Governor’s Award of Excellence, District Governor’s
Citation, Leadership Award, Efficiency Award, significant Achievement Award, Club Bulletin Award,
Certificate of Service, and Plaque of Appreciation to District Officers, club and Rotarians in order to
achieve a full understanding of what it means to be a ROTARIAN. Our success this coming Rotary
Year will be shaped by the extent to which your club/members will participate in the implementation of
the service projects of your club and structured programs set by the Rotary international.
To qualify for the various 2 major Awards (A, B,) I ask that your club should achieve the
activities listed in Annex “A” between 1 April 2015 and 15 February 2016. Once your club has met
this challenge, please complete a simple report (Certificate form) and submit it to your Assistant
Governor for his signature forward the signed report to the District Office NLT 1 March 2016 for
review/evaluation and submission to the Cabinet for Final Evaluation.
