Resilience in Israel following operation "Protective Edge".

11:00-13:00 – Dr. Danny Brom, General Director Founding Director of the Israel Center for the
Treatment of Psychotrauma. Regulating our Lives under Continuous Threat .
13:30-14:30 Lunch
14:30-travel
15:00-16:30- A visit to St Louis French Hospital, led by Kashouvot’s founders SCP-C Valerie Stessin
and Miriam Berkowitz. The hospital provides palliative care to oncology patients from all areas of
Jerusalem: Jews, Muslims, Christians, Ethiopian and Russian immigrants, native Israelis and African
refugees. The visit will include a tour and a workshop about the unique challenges of
interfaith/multicultural pastoral care in the Israeli context.

19:00 - "Healing Circle", Ephraim Karp and Shira Stern

Thursday, January 29th, 2015, North
7:30- Drive and guided tour from Jerusalem to Natanya
9:00-10:30 visit to Laniado Hospital, meeting with the Director Mr. Haim Hamerman, and a Spiritual
Care Provider Shira Shohami, and staff: " Implementation of Spiritual Care in the Hospital".
Drive to Caesarea
12:00-13:00 Lunch Caesarea
Drive to Zefat
14:30-16:00 Guided tour or free time in Zefat.
16:00-17:30 Meeting with The Reut Institute and the municipality representatives in Zefat. The
Institute creates a significant and substantive impact on the future of the State of Israel and the Jewish
people and makes an indelibly Israeli and Jewish contribution to the future of humanity.
17:30 Drive back to Jerusalem via the airport
