Tri-Lakes Cares is a community-based, volunteer
supported, resource center whose purpose is to
improve people’s lives through emergency
assistance, self-sufficiency, and relief programs.

Seasonal Program Distributions
• Holiday Food – over $32,000 of food distributed
• Holiday Gifts – over $54,600 of gifts given
• School Supplies – over $6,000 of supplies provided
On average…
• 72% of our Getting Ahead graduates increased their overall stability scale including housing, emotional, income and employment; while 63% decreased their monthly debt
• 5 households received housing assistance per month to keep them in their homes
• 14 households received utility assistance per month to help keep them warm and safe in their homes
• 79 households received supplemental groceries per month through our food pantry
• 754 snack packs are distributed to over 185 children each month during the school year
• 53 senior citizens received a bag of groceries and sundries per month which was tailored to their specific dietary needs and requests
• 53 clients received medical assistance per month
helping them with consultations with our nurse or
doctor, payment assistance for prescriptions, doctor visits, lab tests and procedures
