MISSION, VISION, VALUES & BOARD OF DIRECTORS OUR IMPACT 933 - Adults, 649 - Youth, 107 - Seniors Cash Mission: Tri-Lakes Cares is a community-based, volunteer supported, resource center whose purpose is to improve people’s lives through emergency assistance, self-sufficiency, and relief programs.
