Frame Top Option Available If a toe kick for example is 150mm then Extra Length would be approximately 130mm. This takes into account an approximate 20mm clearance between bottom of door and floor, or floor tiling. Pricing For tall door pricing refer to the schedule for the relevant door series. A tall door frame top is priced at Series Three regardless of the door style. Add 25% for gloss light colours, add 35% for gloss dark colours. S P E C I F I C AT I O N M A N U A L 12 ONE PIECE MDF DOORS Manufactured from high density moisture resistant fiberboard specifically for a paint/lacquered finish with a gloss melamine back. The two styles are that of a recessed panel look with square internal corners. MANAPOURI ‘Tekapo’ has a 4mm depth with ‘Manapouri’ having an 8mm depth. Either style can be supplied with a square or 3mm radius edge. R3 8 60 18 Doors come sanded, prepared for foil pressing, however it is advised to give doors a light sand ready for painting. However, if doors are subjected to excessive heat from certain types of ovens and dishwashers on a prolonged basis, shrinkage of the edges may occur. To eliminate this potential shrinkage our recommendations are as follows: - Fit 180 degrees wrapped panels either side of the oven and dishwasher, or if under bench scriber panels will suffice. - Where a drawer is fitted under an over tower, fit panel horizontally to protect drawer, or fit an appropriate powder coated oven deflector in either white or silver. When using Melamine panels in conjunction with Dezignatek doors, melamine PVC clashed panels can be used for all of the above. WARRANTY AND MAINTENANCE Dezignatek Acrylic and Thermoform doors and panels come with a 10 year guarantee, Melamine carries a 7 year warranty, providing the products have been correctly installed as per our specifications. This guarantee does not limit any rights which may be available to any consumer under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please note the manufactures guarantee does not extend to products which have been damaged after manufacturing through misuse or negligent installation, cleaning and maintenance,or excessive exposure to sunlight, heat or moisture. Tough Stains All purpose surface cleaner Shoe Polish: Diluted vinegar or lemon juice Paint/glue: Wipe with acetone to loosen, then wipe clean with warm, soapy water and wipe dry Hair/leather dye: Wipe with methylated spirits, then a clean, damp cloth Pencil: Clean with a cloth and water Clean with Ajax Spray & Wipe and a soft nylon nail brush to remove stubborn dirt particles.
