Arrival:
ACFT shall contact TWR when reaching the REPs N, E, S or W and request
clearance to enter CTR at 1000' SFC. Report position before entering the CTR. ACFT may be required
to hold over the reporting points before a clearance to enter CTR is granted.
At ATC discretion every ACFT at the holding position shall expect to perform an immediate TKOF
after the TKOF clearance is issued. Pilots unable to comply with this requirement shall notify ATC
before reaching the holding position.
The Final Approach Areas are not to be crossed without PPR from TWR. RWY 03 RH.
Flying groups consisting of more than three ACFT need previous AD clearance to operate.
RWY 03 is preferential whenever windspeed does not exeed 10KT with good braking action.
No RWY exit via TWY 'E-3' EXC express clearance by ATC.
Radio failure:
ACFT shall enter the CTR along the routes depicted on 19-1 at MAX 1000' SFC, hold E of AD
and watch TWR for light signals. Stay clear of AD traffic circuit.
