All of our meats are slow smoked in our pit out back over hickory, pecan, and oak wood. All
meals served with either one or two sides or one beer. Beer as a side is good.

St. Louis cut ribs seasoned and then slow smoked on hardwood in our pit smoker. Order
them dry rubbed or with our Aviator rib sauce. Add 2 sides.

Smoked in our pit with hardwood and seasoned using our spices. Served 1/2lb. on a toasted
bun or get your heaping serving of pork right on the plate. Served with Aviator Hickory
