FOOD AND DRINK BANQUET MENU 2016 AS INDIVIDUAL AS YOU WISH. It is our intention to inspire you with our high quality traditional Swiss as well as innovative international menus. We use seasonal and local products to support our local farmers and suppliers and also to minimise the environmental impact. With the help of our great local produce and the enthusiasm and skills of our culinary brigade, we create delicacies on board every day. You will find a large selection of food and drink suggestions in this brochure. Are you unable find your favourite dish amongst our suggestions, or do you have a special wish? If so, let us know: we will be happy to advise you and are open to suggestions. 2 OFFERS AND PRICES YOUR ORDER / RESERVATION A request to host an event with us on-board, must be received a minimum of 7 working days before the day of your event. The exact amount of guests must be communicated 3 working days before the day of your event. We are unable reduce the number of guests at a later date. Additional guests will be invoiced. WINES We offer an extensive range of both regional and international wines. If you prefer to bring your own wine, we will charge a corkage fee of CHF 30 per bottle of wine/ champagne (7dl or 7.5dl). VEGETARIAN / ALLERGIC PERSONS We offer a variety of creative menus to vegetarians and are also able to cater for most common diets and food allergies. Please inform our staff in advance of your dietary needs or allergies and we will supply you with a suitable menu. MENU CARDS We would be happy to design a menu card specified to your wishes. You can, of course, also choose bring your own. PERSONNEL COSTS The personnel costs are included if a (3 course) menu is pre-ordered. When an aperitif is served without a meal, the personnel costs will be invoiced on the basis of the actual work involved at a cost of CHF 65.– per crewmember per hour. EXTRAORDINARY EXPENSES We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for extra organisational work (e.g. changes to the standard seating, procurement of additional furniture, etc.). Our personnel will be happy to provide further information. PRICES The prices are shown in CHF inclusive of 8% VAT. We accept the euro at our exchange rate.
