Is an Associate that who has shown
that he/she knows what it takes to
build a successful business. This
Executive has jumped in rank two to
three times from 1- to 4-Star Golden
Circle since 2011 Celebration.
Shooting Star
Is an Associate who has already built
a successful business with Isagenix,
but didn’t stop there. This Associate
has already achieved the rank of
4-Star Golden Circle and was able
to increase from 4- to 5-Star, 5- to
6-Star, or 6- to 7-Star Golden Circle
since 2011 Celebration.

Executive
Once you are active for 30 days and
have personally-sponsored one
active Associate on both your left
sales team and your right
sales team.
You can attain the rank of Executive
by being active and having personallysponsored 10 active Associates with
the rank of Paid-As Consultants.
To gain this status, five of your 10
personally-enrolled Consultants must
be on your left sales team, and five on
your right sales team.
Star Consultant
Once you become a Consultant,
you are eligible to become a
Star Consultant. You do this by
remaining active and adding
five personally-sponsored active
Associates who have achieved the
rank of Paid-As Consultants.
Silver Circle
The Silver Circle is our way of
recognizing Consultants and
Star Consultants for achieving
new milestones in the Team
Compensation Plan. As additional
stars are earned, you will be
awarded a new pin to commemorate
your success.
Crystal Executive
If you become an Executive within
six months of enrollment, you’ll be
recognized as a Crystal Executive.
Crystal Executives receive an invitation
to the prestigious Founders’ Gala plus
on-stage acknowledgment with an
elegant crystal award at our annual
Celebration event.
Golden Circle
The Golden Circle program
distinguishes Executives for reaching
new milestones in their Isagenix
income. As additional stars are earned,

Executives who have collectively

joined Isagenix are recognized through
the Million-Dollar Earner program.
Star Executive
Our Star Executive program
recognizes Executives who help their
personally-enrolled Associates become
Executives. When you promote your
first personally- enrolled Executive,
you will receive a certificate welcoming
you into the Star Executive Program.
For each Executive you promote,
you will receive another star and a
new gold seal to commemorate your
achievement.
100-, 200- , 300- & 400- Pound Club
Associates who have lost 100 pounds
or more are inducted into this special
club. Plus, they get an award and
free Celebration registration. If you
know someone who has lost 100 or
more pounds with Isagenix products,

Associates who have earned over
$100,000 in a 12-month time frame with
their Isagenix Business. These business

Before network marketing, I was designing software systems
in the late 80s and early 90s. Tired of the 60-80 hour workweek, I
quit and decided to go on a three-month backpacking expedition
across Australia and New Zealand to rethink my options.
Upon returning to Calgary with the intention of pursuing my
MBA or Consulting, I met a woman who introduced me to the world
of network marketing. What appealed to me right away was the idea
of teamwork, getting paid what you were worth and time freedom.
Immediately, I embraced the concept and went to work parttime for a nutritional network marketing company while consulting.
I enjoyed the industry so much that in 1995, after four years of
working part-time, I was able to leave consulting and pursue my
business in network marketing full time.
After moving to Toronto in 2003 I came across Isagenix. I
was looking for a solid company that had all the right pieces:
great products, excellent management, capital and a lucrative
compensation plan with the right timing.
Since joining Isagenix, my team has grown internationally. I
currently have six Isagenix Millionaires on my team.
As for becoming one of the newest millionaires it took a
moment for the news to truly sink in. It is incredibly satisfying
especially knowing my success is a result of many team members
also experiencing success. I finally found my home and look
forward to a long career with Isagenix.
At a time when most people were looking forward to retiring
and traveling the world, I was looking for a job.
I was in my 50s, single and had reached the middle of
an amazing and adventurous life of singing and dancing on
Broadway when I realized I had forgotten to save money. It was a
really rude awakening.
The stress of being broke was debilitating. I was thinking more
about not having money than anything else; it was consuming my
life. One night, I was sitting at my desk and realized that my body
was breaking down because of it. I knew I wouldn’t be able to last
much longer unless I made some dramatic changes. So, I started
working odd jobs just to make ends meet.
As I was looking for a weight-loss solution, I discovered
Isagenix® and the power of network marketing.
I had a passion for the product, the company mission, and for
showing others how to make money in network marketing. It was
a true blessing to no longer worry about money. My paycheck is
a direct reflection of the personal growth that is taking place in
my life.
Isagenix has transformed my life in every possible way—from my
health, energy and finances, to my lifestyle, friends and community.
Now I’m singing and writing again, and this time I can easily pay
for the stuff I need to support the creative process.

Increase your active rank to Star Consultant for two weeks out of the reporting month, grow your

To obtain total monthly growth points we will track the following:

• Average number of paid cycle increase over the last 13
weeks (one month gap).
• Earn a point for each commission week that your active
rank remains at Star Consultant or higher.
• Because we know that you will take advantage of
every opportunity to increase your paid cycles we will
automatically award you 1 point in this category to get
