PRESENTATION QUALITY EXCELLENCE MODEL INTERCER
Football is defined as a game, as a sport, but goes further.
It's entertainment, it is an engine capable of generating enthusiasm and mobilize
many people.
Sometimes for those who practice it, it is a profession.
In today's society where values are dissipated and mixed, where information
overload leads to dispersion and confusion, football can become the best tool to
teach or reaffirm the values, ethics and morals.
Eliminates racial barriers, you miss nationalism, advocating equality and progress.
Football is a model, a mirror in which millions of people have a way of life, behavior,
values, future.
This CERTIFICATION OF EXCELLENCE aims to be an international recognition to
football schools that are managed excellently and are an example for others.
It aims to be a global recognition to those entities that have not only passion, but
organization, knowledge, vision, strategy, management and obtain results that allow
the sustainability of the sport, which is a world leader: football.
INTERCER has created a model of quality management, which aims to be a model
helps the organization and management in the world of football.
This MODEL comes from the knowledge and experience of an internationally
successful model, which prioritizes the organization and management for the
sustainability of clubs and football schools.
This model is certifiable, it contains requirements for which can be audited and
certified by an entity, or may develop in your organization to optimize resources,
focus on results and get better returns.

OBJECT AND FIELD OF APPLICATION
The purpose of the Excellence Model Quality is to define the requirements that must
fulfill a training school football, for Intercer certification, in recognition of a system
of management and organization.
Model of Excellence has three options:
- Level III Platinum
- Level II Aurum
- Level I Argentum
The adoption of a management system should be a strategic decision at a football
training school. The design and implementation of the management system are
influenced by:
a).- the environment of a Training School Football, changes in that environment, or
risks associated with that environment,
b).- their changing needs,
c).- its particular objectives,
d).- services provided,
e).- management criteria it employs,
f).- size and structure of a training school football.
It is not the purpose of the Model of Excellence in Management Training Schools
Cup, provide uniformity in its management systems or documentation. The purpose
is to be a reference of how to organize, based on the freedom of each organization
to be structured and organized in the most convenient way in each case. .
The management system requirements defined in this management model are
complementary to legal requirements in each country where the activity takes place,
as defined by national or international bodies such as where the FIFA.
This management model can be used for certification purposes or advice for the
development of criteria and management models.
In developing this model, it takes into account the criteria and professionals AJB
(Asociació Barça Jugadors from FC Barcelona) as an entity based support and a
successful model internationally recognized.

This management model, specifies requirements for a management system when a
Football School:
a).- needs to demonstrate its ability to regularly provide services and activities that
demonstrate excellence in management, results, and impact on stakeholders (public
administrations, users, professionals, players, social environment, etc.).
b).- aims to increase performance and ensure that the Training School Football to
become an international benchmark and optimize the management and continuously
improve its performance and sustainability.
All requirements of this model of excellence, are generic and are intended to be
applicable to all schools soccer training, who voluntarily take it as reference.
Each school must adapt according to their size, objectives, environment and strategy involved.
Model of Excellence in Football School is structured by areas of operation.
For each area, it defined the requirements should develop and implement and
manage.
The requirements are generic, and must be realized so as to cover the needs of the
Football Training School and the purpose of the requirement.
Requirements is focused, being a guide or list of activities and concepts that the
Football School should deploy in their organization, strategy and management
activities.
All activities should focus on satisfying customers / users, taking into account the
environment in which the activities of the Training School football unfolds.

MODEL OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE
This model is structured as follows:
IA.- Requirements Document: the model itself.
IB.- Requirements Document contains requirements that must be met companies /
entities, not how it must meet, which is adaptable to each school based on:

The size (number of students, number of employees, etc.).
The mission, vision and values.
The applicable legislation.
Scope: local, regional, national or international.
Note: Each company / entity is free and responsible for defining the mode of application in its
organizational structure, the requirements contained in this document. The requirements must be clearly
defined and their application regarding the organizational structure and working standards of the
company / entity that develops.
IC.- For the purposes of this model, is set to fulfill means that compliance mode and
applied in practical day-to-day business.
ID.- Purpose of this model, is not to have a bureaucratic system based on manuals,
procedures, instructions, etc. The volume of documents, should be the company /
entity determines as more convenient.
Note: This pattern meant as documents any support: paper, electronic, videos, etc.
IE.- the requirements contained in this model, are generic, form and way to meet
them and how to demonstrate compliance will depend on each company / entity.
When one or several notes in a requirement, the purpose of these is to clarify some
concept. The notes are an integral part of the requirements of the Model.
IF.- The requirements are complete, can not be met or partially developed.
IG.- There is no single interpretation. When you have problems of interpretation or

"Santioned Interpretation" will determine a practical interpretation of the
requirement (provided it can make a clear and specific interpretation).
IH.- INTERCER periodically publish Sanctioned Interpretations "to knowledge and

II EVALUATION MODEL OF EXCELLENCE IN MANAGEMENT FOOTBALL
SCHOOL
IIA.- Memory:
The company / entity wishing to be evaluated and certified based on this model,
must supply a report that contains:
• Company / school: Tax address, center, fax, website, phone, contact person, e:
mail, tax identification, official and legal name of the company / entity, trademark
(if available ).
The data must be from that location to be assested.
• Brief History: description of the school and its evolution over time.
• A brief presentation of the facilities, activities, services / products, management
team and organizational structure.
• Brief presentation of the environment of the school (if it is local or international,
and their locations), including facilities / infrastructure and main management
structure.
• For each requirement, it should clearly describe the way they met, and the level of
development / implementation.
Note: you can trace in his Report, where to find documentation to extend or support the information
presented in the report.
Memory can not be longer than 50 pages, and its purpose is to give an overview of how to comply with
the requirements of this model.
The language used should be clear, concise, and should not be put not relevant to compliance and
understanding of the degree of compliance with the requirement of this model information.
IIB.- The audit team evaluates memory, and requests any clarifications required for
the proper understanding of the organization and management practices of the
company / entity.
IIC.- Will carry out an audit on site (at the premises of the company / entity) in
order to verify in a practical way, as defined in the specification and the
requirements of the requirements of this model.

MODEL LEVELS
The Model of Excellence is divided into three separate levels, which are fully
complementary.
The purpose of these levels is to adapt the model to the needs, structure, size and
organization of any school or football club and facilitate its implementation,
management and certification.
The levels are complementary and allow for the level I started to get to level III is
another intention of the School or Club, allowing continuous improvement and
organizational growth.
The levels are:

LEVEL I Argentum: it is located to the sports management (technical and
organizational area).

Level II Aurum: Focused on sports management and administration. It
includes requirements Level I Argentum
-
LEVEL III Platinum: focused on sports management, technical, commercial,
strategic and marketing. It includes the requirements of Level I and Level II
Argentum Aurum.
Each school or Club, can choose the level that suits you and be of interest.
The implementation of this model in its different levels, which can perform each
School or Football Club independently or hire the services of appropriate
consultants.
This model of excellence can be applied in their basics, any sports organization.
