ve been provvided with the platform to
o
develop as a leader myself. The Governing body
b
are forw
ward thinking

developing our peop

Whilst, I am intensely proud of th

focussed
d upon the horizon
h
of ourr future in ord

e
I am excited at

to lead Crossflatts

From myy point of vie

leave the

At Crosssflatts Primarry School, all
a children arre at the heart of all we do at school. Whilst we pride
p
ourselve

standard
d remains ou
ur priority. We
e also have a significant role to play in
i shaping co

our
children, so that we are preparing and shapin

n be.
The Dep

rigorouss and demanding one, bu
ut it is also a great learnin
ng
experien

and skillls required to
o fulfil the role at the stan

operate at on a dailyy basis. We are
a not lookin
