The Festival
All Roads Lead To Goa is an independent college and youth festival where college students and youth
from all over India participate. The festival was launched exclusively for all the college student in India to
celebrate college life in Goa. Due to its popularity, this year we are inviting more colleges to participate
in this college Festival where Fashion Show contest, Dance show contest, Battle of Bands, Photography
contest and film making competition will take place. At the last day of the event DJ Night and party is
organized where all college students are allowed for the party. This time we are inviting your college for
the College Festival as the entries for this festival are limited. So this time don’t forget to register your
college in any of the listed event. Your college is invited to participate in this college festival. The Festival
will take place from 12th January 2017 – 15th January 2017. Top Participating cities are: Delhi, Mumbai,
Chandigarh, Bangalore, Pune, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata and many more.

Step 4: after getting confirmation mail, Register your Team and make payment for the event.

• Large Group -16 and above performers (Including participants, choreographer and

TIME LIMITS
Time and classification limitations will be strictly enforced.

8+2 minutes for one team to perform on stage.

Expanded Time – 10 min (1 point will be deducted for every 5 seconds or portion thereof over the
time limit.)
Large Group prop set ups exceeding 2 minutes automatically begin the timing of that routine. Please
plan accordingly. Call the All Roads Lead To Goa Office (Delhi) for a specific ruling.

ACCEPTANCE
All entries must be from a College/institute and private academiesand are limited to the amount of
performance time available. There is only a limited amount of performance time available at each
event. Phone, fax or entries will NOT be accepted. Entries are not guaranteed until received with
full payment. Online entries must be submitted and paid till 30 June 2016 (for Selective

Entries) before the competition date. Paper entries must be received in ITOUR BEAT office
paid in full till 30 June 2016 (for Selective Entries) before the competition date.Absolutely no
cash refunds after deadline date! An INR 1000 late fee per Entry will be assessed for entries
and/or monies received after the 10 day reception deadline. An INR 1000 “Change Order” fee per
change may be assessed for changes to any entry after the schedule is created. This includes late
changes before the competition. All entries must be submitted together.
Each entry sign the online “All Roads Lead To Goa 2017” Release Form or sign the paper “All
Roads Lead To Goa 2017” Release Form in order for each participant to perform. The signed paper
“All Roads Lead To Goa 2017” Release Form must be received in the “All Roads Lead To Goa
2017” office with all completed paper entry forms by the deadline date.
Points To Remember
1. Use of open flame, fire, flash powder or flash paper is not allowed. Sealed electronic flashes
are permitted. If you are using a strobe effect, please note it on your form so the MC may warn
the audience. No laser pointers allowed.
2. No messy substances on stage. If in doubt, ask the Fashion Show organizers during
registration. The stage must be in as good a condition when you leave as when you entered. If
you are leaving something on stage, it must be easily retrievable by the stage crew, or you will
be expected to bring your own ninja for that purpose.
3. No flagrant nudity will be tolerated. However, costumes which are more risqué will be
accepted due to the time and the event rating of "16 years and up". Valgur and degrading
language is not permitted. Any presentation that doesn't follow these guidelines will be
disqualified on the spot and may be subjected to being cut from the show.
4. No real firearms, no realistic copies, and no projectile weapons are allowed. No metal
blades are allowed, regardless if they are dull or live. If your costume requires a bow, it must
be unstrung when you are not on stage. All weapons must follow the Convention's Weapons
Policy. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
5. Each person may participate in only ONE entry during the show. Individuals may enter
several costumes into show, but they can only wear one of them and the others must be worn
by other contest contestants.
6. Contestants must report to the Green Room on time. Report times will be supplied at the
convention at the Fashion Show Registration Desk. Failure to appear or to be ready to go on
stage may result in disqualification. Note that Acts of God may, to an extent, mitigate this.
7. The Fashion Show organizers reserve the right to remove anyone from show based on
taste, danger to the audience or other contestants, or for any other reason deemed sufficient.

INTRODUCTION, MUSIC, and SOUND
If you have an introduction, music, or sound effects, please put them onto a CD or bring or pen
drive. Do not forget to write your name, entry title, and track number on the CD.
If the audio is much longer than your presentation (ex: a song, a CD commercial, etc.) or must
be cut on a certain cue, please be VERY specific about the instant where it should be cut.
We encourage you to send your registration and CD in advance by mail to avoid any electronic
problems. This will allow the contest staff to verify your CD is working and compatible with the
equipment which will be used during the event. All groups will still have the option of bringing
their CDs and pen drive to the staff when they register at the All Roads Lead To Goa office
(Delhi).(Be sure to have a CD or an iPod available as back-up for each of your CDs.)
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
“All Roads Lead To Goa” is intellectual property of ITOUR BEAT. Contestants give their permission
to the director of ITOUR BEAT to use their photographs and/or videos in connection with advertising,
TV, web site and news coverage of our competitions. Neither ITOUR BEAT, its directors and staff,
nor the hosting facility is responsible for personal injury or property loss to contestants or spectators.
The ITOUR BEAT time schedule and directions will be available online to all no less than 30 days
before competition date. An ITOUR BEAT packet including custom CD labels, entry confirmation list,
parent time sheet, and additional special offers will be mailed to all before each competition date.
Contestants must check in with our Stage Manager and perform in scheduled order unless our
Stage Manager grants special permission. Failure to comply with any of these directives may result
in the participant being “adjudicated only”. Should the event run ahead of its scheduled time,
performers should still plan to be ready to perform.
Two (2) wireless hand-held microphones w/stands are available at each competition. Special
(lavalier type) microphones or sound equipment may not be hooked up without prior ITOUR BEAT
office approval.

Platinum Award Trophy will awarded to 1st place, Gold to 2nd Place and Silver to the 3rd Place in the
All Roads Lead To Goa’s Fashion show competition. A “Top Score “pin will be awarded to each
team from the Top 10 highest scoring entries within all “Selective and open entries”.
