Totem espositivi per aeroporti
“Art Events” is a society with four interesting exhibitions spaces in Italy. It
also organizes art events in public and private spaces and art fairs.
Mario Mazzoleni is the art director and creator of this young and dynamic
society. He followed his father and grandfather’s footsteps, they were in
fact famous antique art dealers.
Mario Mazzoleni proposes at Art Basel Miami 2010 twenty-five great artists especially selected for the event “Exhibitalia – Art Events Contemporary Art”.
Mazzoleni Art Gallery – The space for young people
It lies in Palazzo Barzizza, a 15th century building in the centre of Alzano
Lombardo, a little town near Bergamo.
The gallery, directed by Maria Simona Occioni, monthly organizes solo exhibitions of emerging artists and works with them in order to contribute to
their professional and artistic growth in the painting, sculpture and photographic world.
Gallery’s policy aims to work side by side with the artists. The most part of
them exclusively work with the gallery.
Art Events Città Alta
This gallery has its exhibition rooms in the heart of Bergamo alta, facing
the old Bartolomeo Colleoni street, in a space rich of history with a roman
mosaic (I century B.C.), medieval walls and a fresco painting (about 1430)
representing the symbol of San Bernardino, covering the first room ceiling
vault.
This gallery hosts important art events and international artists. It is considered by several Critics one of the most beautiful ancient gallery in the
world and it is visited every year by thousand of international tourists.
Art Events Sardegna
Since 2008 Art Events goes on holiday at Forte Village Resort with the
project “Summer Contemporary Art”. The resort is considered one of the
most exclusive and famous in the world and for twelve years it has held the
title of “World Leading Resort”.
This prestigious exhibition venue is open from June to September and hosts
almost four hundred artworks by fifty artists.
Art Events Castel Monastero
It is the last exhibition space opened. It has been inaugurated in May 2010
in the wonderful Castel Monastero, a prestigious resort of the group “Eleganzia” located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, near Siena, Tuscany.
It is an ancient village of the XI century: the Monastero d’Ombrone, a place
among woods and precious vineyards. The artworks of some of the artists
managed by Art Events and selected by the art director Mario Mazzoleni
perfectly enrich the ancient rooms of this astonishing resort.
