ORIGIN
40
A Venetian floor of unchanging beauty with exceptional
technical features. This is what Sirtec has been making
for over 40 years since its founder, a man with exceptional
professional expertise, had the intuition to replace
the traditional concrete binder with a special resin.
Thanks to geologists, architects and experts, he developed
a Venetian floor which paved the way to creativity thus
enabling realisations which were once unconceivable.
Spatolato applications borne from the evolution of
industrial floorings from which they differ due to a softer
chromatic choice, softer lines and a more “careful”
manufacturing which recalls Venetian stuccoes.
Furthermore, each floor can be customised thus becoming
a unique piece of work featuring manual skills, design and
technology.

CULTURE
As the coordination of our minds and arms becomes the tool
to manufacture our products, knowledge and organisation are
the two cornerstones of our activity.
Knowledge sharing and management are a must for continuous
corporate development. For this reason we collect, reorganise
and spread information, analysing it and perfecting it to be used
in customer planning and assistance activities.
Each intervention we do therefore becomes a unique work
featuring manual skills, design and technology. These are all
strategic elements which are boosted by competency and
professionalism as outlined in the following four points:
1.
2. 3. 4. Product research, development and innovation.
All of this thanks to our laboratory which is specialised
in the study and development of application technologies
and thanks to the experience we gained in the realisation
of specimen that sum up our customers’ ideas.
Manufacturing and subcontractor process qualification
and certification;
Post-building and maintenance assistance as added value
to our products;
Design and tailored response to any specific
furnishing issue.

VENETIAN
The Venetian terrazzo represent the purest form in
the flooring tradition. An ancient technique introduced
by the Greeks, spread and perfected by Venetian and
Friuli craftsmen. A compound coming from grinding
of tiles, bricks, marble and other materials bound first
to lime and then to concrete.
Sirtec chose to innovate since it was born, following
the evolution of science in the use of special concrete
replacement resins to create more long-lasting,
stronger and shinier floors. The result is a Venetian
floor that can be made where it once was impossible
and that it can be customized following specific
requests by the customer who may choose from
a wide catalogue or may create his customised floor.

VENEZIANINA
Don’t let the use of a diminutive deceive you.
It’s not a minor creation. Venezianina was created
by Sirtec. It’s a Venetian terrace solution with
a compound made of small grit in which all the single
fragments are selected opting for smaller sizes.
The composition of the stones may be chosen also
in this case in order to create a solution which meets
the need of every customer.
As for all Sirtec’s products, even Venezianina has
a quality certification pursuant to CE directive,
an added guarantee we offer to those who choose our
products.

COCCIOPESTO
The return to the origin of Venetian floors.
A solution used for centuries in magnificent lagoon
palaces where a mixture of earthenware and grit
powders gave life to creations with warm hues raging
from yellow to red, to brown.
Sirtec brings its innovation, reappraising an ancient
technique and introducing special resins that do not
alter the aesthetic result while preserving its quality
and ensuring longer life. As with all Sirtec’s floors,
Cocciopesto can be customised in terms of colours
and patterns.

PALLADIANA
Its name comes from the great 15th century architect.
This floor was originally a mixture of debris, but Sirtec
has reinvented it as a luxury customised, product with
a highly elaborate production process in which
the patterns created are not casual but cleverly thought
and unique. Suitable as a floor for houses, shops or
structures that want to aesthetically please those who
move in these environments.
