Virtually all resizes are covered for the original
owner if the ring is in resizable condition.
Change in a customer’s finger size and errors
in the original size judgment are covered.
A few resizes require a new item; this will be
determined by Warranty Service.
Refinish
Re-antiquing rings that were previously
antiqued is covered.
Clean and Polish
Cleaning and polishing of jewelry are covered.
Replace Stone
Any simulated stone will be replaced free of
charge because of a defect in materials or
workmanship. Most simulated stones chipped
through normal wear will be replaced with
identical stones free of charge. If the identical
stone or stone cut is not available, a stone
of similar appearance will be offered
(color and shape may vary slightly).
Repair Defects in Workmanship or Materials
Defects in materials or workmanship present
at the time of original delivery will be repaired,
or at Jostens discretion the product will be
replaced at no charge if repairs cannot be
made. If the product is no longer available,
a similar design of comparable value will
be substituted.
