Rules & Information
Upon arrival at the Carlisle, please proceed to the Registration Desk and receive
your BIDDER NUMBER. This number can be used by all members of your family.
Items will be on display. All items will have an associated number with a listing in
the BidPal® system. If you wish to bid on an item, you must utilize the BidPal®
devices available from the registration desk. The first bid on any item must be
greater than or equal to the minimum bid. Subsequent bids must be higher by at
least the minimum bid increment. You can bid higher as many times as you want. An
improper bid will be nullified by an auction official. Issues with the BidPal® devices
should be directed to the on-site BidPal® representatives.
The Silent Auction starts at 6:30 p.m., and each table will be closed at a different
time according to the schedule published for the evening. Appropriate
announcements will be made prior to the closing of each table. The Live Auction
will start at 8:15 p.m. You may not use your BidPal® for the Live Auction items.
Items on which you have successfully bid can be paid for with cash, check (made
payable to St. Pius X School), VISA or Mastercard. You will receive an itemized
receipt.
All items must be paid for and removed from the venue the evening of the Gala.
Any items not paid for will be offered to the next highest bidder. Gift and award
certificates will be available at check-out.
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds unless otherwise noted.
