consultation. If it is determined that your cookware needs to be returned for further evaluation, our
representatives will provide you with an authorization code as well as the address for our Review
Division. Any cookware sent without the proper code will be returned to the sender.

The cookware you have invested in is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for the
lifetime of the cookware. All electrical components and the Kitchen Kutter are warranted for a period
of 1 year from the date of purchase.

INSTALLATION
The original purchase will be registered as proof of purchase in the corporate database. Any heir to
the cookware must provide a copy of the original purchase for replacement.
If cookware is damaged or destroyed by abuse, accident, fire, natural disaster, or theft, all original
purchases may be replaced at 50% of the retail price at the time of replacement. A police and/or fire
report as well as a letter of explanation must be submitted.
