Eclaro Academy is a non-traditional,
technology-oriented academic institution that
adheres to student-centered pedagogical
approach. The school believes in the
philosophy of progressive learning which
basically emphasizes exploration, creativity,
critical thinking, creation of new knowledge,
and the genuine concern for the experience of
the student which allows every Eclaro enrollee
to develop a well-rounded personality.

All course offerings of the Eclaro Academy strictly
adhere to government standards and have the
necessary permits, licenses, and accreditation from
the Department of Education (DepEd), Technical
Education Skills Development Authority (TESDA),
and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

Brief History
Eclaro Academy was established in 2013 as part of
Eclaro Business Solution Inc.’s corporate social
responsibility (CSR) initiative. From a group of 18
technical-vocational scholars enrolled in the school
under full subsidy from the business unit of Eclaro, the
Eclaro Academy grew into a full-fledged academic
institution offering pre-school, grade school, and high
school levels, as well as tertiary education courses in
the fields of communication and information technology.
Today, Eclaro Academy has more than 600 students
and prides itself with all of its course offerings being
recognized and accredited by the Department of
Education (DepEd), Technical Education Skills
Development Authority (TESDA), and the Commission
on Higher Education.
Course Offerings
Eclaro Academy offers kindergarten/pre-school,
elementary, and high school levels, IT-BPO
technical-vocational courses, as well as tertiary
education courses namely: AB Communication Arts,
AB English, and BS Computer Science.

experience in actual industry settings so that they

Mentoring System
At Eclaro Academy, the students learn and acquire
skills that are useful in their future employment. They
are particularly trained to gain highly-employable
knowledge and skills required in the actual
workplace. The Academy does this through the
unique Eclaro Mentoring System (EMS) which has
defined the Eclaro way of learning. Every student is
assigned to a senior academic adviser who is
responsible to provide academic support and
intellectual guidance to the assigned Eclaro student
so that critical skills, knowledge, professional
attitudes, and work ethics are honed through rigid
training and practice.
The Logo
The Eclaro Academy logo consists of a
shield half colored blue and the other half
with green; with a key drawn on its upper
left-side and a book on its upper rightside, along with the letter E within a circle
in the lower middle portion of the crest,
and surrounded by the latin words
ethicis, virtus and eruditus.
The shield symbolizes the role of education as a source of knowledge and power to fight against the
shackles of ignorance and poverty;
The key represents the infinite world of ideas and the wealth of opportunities in life that can be
opened once the desire for learning is unlocked;
The book stands for the search for truth, knowledge and excellence which every student must
pursue through life-long learning;
Ethicis refers to the ethical or moral obligation of every individual to use one’s knowledge and talents
for the common good, to preserve humanity, to promote peace and harmony, and to protect the
environment that sustains life; without ethics, knowledge may become destructive to humankind.
Virtus means excellent knowledge and skills derived from continuous training and education which
give an individual the power to transform and use one’s potentials to the fullest;
Eruditus represents enlightenment achieved through years of scholarly pursuits, dedication and
perseverance to polish one’s self and achieve the real meaning and purpose of one’s life.
The letter E represents Eclaro Academy as an academic institution guided by the principles of
ethics, excellence and enlightenment.
The circle around the letter E symbolizes the perfection of knowledge and the world that we live in.
The color blue is a symbol of truth, stability, peace, and harmony that can only be achieved by the
proper use of knowledge. While green represents the abundance of nature, the prosperity of
humankind, and the longevity of life brought forth by excellent and quality education acquired.
