To receive your Trend Micro PC-cillin Anti-Spyware upgrade rebate, please submit within 30 days after purchase:
1. This completed rebate form.
2. Proof of product purchase from PC-cillin Anti-Spyware. Hand-written or altered documents will not be accepted.
Please provide: (A) UPC code found on original package (cut out from bottom of package), or the Proof of Purchase seal AND (B) A copy of your confirmation email OR dated invoice/sales receipt.
3. Proof of prior ownership of a retail (boxed or downloaded) stand-alone version of Trend Micro PC-cillin, or any Norton™ or McAfee™ product, by providing one of the following: product CD, product
disk (disk 1 only), title page of the owner’s manual from a retail purchase, or the email confirmation from a download purchase.
Terms and Conditions: This Trend Micro PC-cillin mail-in rebate competitive upgrade offer is valid only for purchases from March 5, 2006 through July 11, 2006 (March 4, 2006 through July 11,
2006 Utah stores only). No purchase of Renewal Upgrade will qualify. Rebate request must be postmarked no later than 30 days after purchase date on your proof of purchase.
This offer is valid only to previous owners of retail (boxed or downloaded) stand-alone versions of Trend Micro PC-cillin, or any Norton™ or McAfee™ products.
Other offers or rebates: Distributors, resellers, and employees of Trend Micro are ineligible for this rebate. The rebate check must be presented for payment within the period specified on the
check (or 120 days from the date of the check if not specified). If not presented in time, the check will be void and the rebate unavailable. End User must keep copies of all materials sent.
Materials received become the property of Trend Micro and will not be returned. Please allow 8-10 weeks for shipment of check. To track the status of the rebate, go to
