How:
Call (203) 285-2203 and schedule an
appointment to complete the Boot
Camp registration form.

Required Orientation:
A required orientation is held on
the first day of class at Gateway. This
orientation will familiarize students
with the course format, software, and
expectations.
An ACCUPLACER test will be scheduled
upon successful completion of the
Boot Camp. Placement tests will be
scheduled in CES S205. After taking the
ACCUPLACER, students will be advised
into their fall class.

skills, grammar, mechanics, paragraph writing,
and reading comprehension.

Gateway is offering a 3-week English Boot Camp
for students wishing to improve their English/
Reading ACCUPLACER placement test score.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
their English skills while building confidence in
that focus area.
Upon successful completion, students may retake
the ACCUPLACER test and possibly place into a
higher level course therefore saving TIME and
MONEY. Students will also receive one-on-one
advising and be registered for the appropriate
English course.
