Congratulations on your upcoming Wedding and thank you for
considering using our services. Our dedicated staff will do their
utmost to make it the most memorable occasion for you and your guests!
What you need to know:
Services:
We are more than happy to take care of all your food & beverage needs for
the event and during your stay. For Bridal Services we highly recommend
“Ceremonies & Celebrations” from Mrs. Lissy Lampe at e-mail address:
[email protected] with whom we have serviced many wonderful
weddings. Her services include floral arrangements, wedding ceremony, beach
set up, table centerpieces, limousine rental and so on.
Included you will find our menus suggestions for wedding events that are
catered on the beach or on the pool deck. Due to these remote locations we
sometimes are limited in possibilities. Therefore we make menu suggestions
with items we know we can deliver successfully. Please note the limitations
with some menus. Exceptions can be made however, surcharges will apply.

We will notify you upon receipt.
Payments:
We require a 25% down payment to guarantee the booking. Payment can be
made by credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card & Discovery) after
having returned the credit card authorization form. The next 50 % of the estimated
charges needs to be paid two weeks prior to the event and the remaining balance
of 25% needs to be paid after having discussed the final details on property.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation will be accepted due to “Acts of God”
If; one month or more prior to event date the deposit will be returned
If; two weeks or less prior to event no payments made will be returned
