Welcome to the 2016 Mexico and Caribbean Tour. This tour was new to 2015 and makes a comeback
in 2016 taking us all over Mexico and the Caribbean. So enjoy the sun and enjoy the sights.

Alternative Airports
We have developed these tours so that we use the latest ICAO for each airport and where the airport
does not exist in the sim, there is some freeware available to place it in the sim. If, however you prefer
not to install freeware/payware scenery then you may use an alternative nearby airport of your
choosing. We have put into the notes when you book the flight a suggested alternative where we
know the airport isn’t in the sim or the ICAO has changed.

Charts
As charts are subject to constant change, we recommend using good to find the most up-to-date
charts. Alternatively, Navigraph (https://www.navigraph.com) have a program for downloading charts
for a small monthly fee.
Flight Plans
We recommend the use of flight planning software such as PFPX or Aivlasoft EFB for the planning of
your flights.
Awards
The 2016 Mexico and Caribbean Tour Award will automatically be awarded once all 25 flights of the
Mexico and Caribbean tour have been completed.

Use this simple checklist before you commence any flights to ensure the best possible experience.
