Gripple Plus Anchor Kits are ready-to-use kits complete
with a length of pre-ferruled loop for fast and easy
installation. Ideal for tie-back set-ups, the Gripple Plus
Anchor Kit is available for use with wood end posts
as well as steel end posts. Installation takes about
1 minute and the kits are very strong.

It is never necessary to enter an ALBRIGI tank to clean it!
Interior surfaces are mirror polished in series to a 2R finish, with a standard
roughness of .05 Ra pharmaceutical, and are essentially ready to be used
when shipped.
Interior seams are pickled, cold pressed and polished to provide for
virtually invisible, easy-to-clean seams. Exterior surfaces are mirror polished
and exterior seams are brushed, ground and polished. Like the interior welds,
the exterior welds are virtually invisible.
Following construction, all tanks are pickled and passivated using a
biodegradable passivation agent (not Nitric acid). Interior surfaces are then
polished with sisal to obtain Albrgi’s “High Clean” surface. All of Albrigi’s
tanks can be cleaned effortlessly with steam or hot water without the use
of caustic cleaning agents.
Prior to shipping, all tanks are pressure-tested and hydro-tested for 24
hours to check for integrity. Also unique to Albrigi is the fact that all Albrigi
tanks come with an “Original Food Services” certificate.

in all variations, automatic manway
operation, and when the Marc extraction
blade will operate.
The blade slowly and briefly
turns, lifting the noble lees
very gently in a circular path
from the tank bottom up to
the top of the tank: then,
they slowly sink down to
the bottom of the center
of the tank.
During Batonnage, the noble
lees are suspended above the
tank bottom in order for the
enzymatic action that causes
autolysis of the yeast cells.
This demolition favors the
release of several compounds,
most importantly the
mannoproteins which

Pluvia Tank is essentially a
fermentation tank with two
tanks in one.
Must is drawn from the lower
tank and stored in the upper
tank, during which time oxygen

Albrigi’s PaliTank is
designed to aid winemakers
while performing Delestage,
a process of red wine
fermentation during which
the must is drained from
the cap and then returned
back into the tank to re-soak
the cap.

PaliTank can also be used as
a standard fermentation
tank.
PaliTank consists of a series of removable, stationary and offset
stainless steel horizontal poles placed at different levels inside
the tank. The poles very gently break apart the cap during
lowering (emptying) and ascending (filling) stages of Delestage
without macerating the skins.
