In order to ensure a sterile collection of samples, we have a room isolated from the warehouse
area, which is equipped with a specialist laminar flow unit. So as to guarantee a proper rotation
of raw materials in the manufacturing and storing area, we follow FIFO (FIRST IN, FIRST OUT)
principle which involves a special queuing mode following the said principle -- this means
that the batch manufactured and stored as the first one is used for manufacturing process in
the first place. Both the samples of raw materials and semi-finished products as well as end
products undergo detailed analyses in modern quality control laboratories: microbiological
and analytical. Laboratories constitute one of the most important areas of our operation -- it
is here that we are able to evaluate, for example, the content of active substances, quantity
of proteins, carbohydrates or test microbiological purity. We do all these things in order to
ensure that the Customer receives a perfect, well-balanced and efficient product.

en working on naturally proportioned aesthetic
figures, yet with well visible muscles, should

As a child, he was a passionate football player and this
is how he got a very serious knee injury. To strengthen
his leg muscles, he started going to the gym and
got more and more into bodybuilding. He was 15
at that time; he did a lot of exercises and read all
available materials on this topic. Heavy work resulted
in first successes - in 2007 Arvydas won Lithuanian
Championships in Bodybuilding. This path led him to his
greatest achievement so far - 2nd place at the 2010
Arnold’s Classic contest. Arvydas is strongly involved
in promoting bodybuilding in Lithuania - he is currently
the vice-president of the Lithuanian IFBB. He spends
his free time with his family (wife and 2 daughters)
and dabbles in philately.
Food proteins are disintegrated into amino acids as a
result of the digestive processes, which upon absorption
by muscle cells are used to build muscle proteins, i.e. to
regenerate and increase muscle mass. Unfortunately our
food usually does not contain much protein and therefore
the supply of an appropriate quantity of high value proteins
is sometimes not that easy, difficult and requires eating vast
amounts of food. A man needs a set of all 20 building amino
acids for the full regeneration of his muscle structures.
The body is capable of producing 12 of them as a result
of conversion from other amino acids (endogenic amino
acids), however the remaining eight have to be supplied
with food (exogenic amino acids). The proteins that meet
this condition are called wholesome proteins. This category
includes all animal proteins, the proteins of whey, milk and
eggs are the best in terms of nutrition, which at the same
time contain the best proportions of individual amino acids.
Soya protein is the best and most abundant plant protein,
whose properties are comparable to animal proteins. Rival
companies frequently use in their products grain origin
proteins because of their low price, which are not easily
digestible and have a very low content of amino acids that
play a key role in muscle growth.
Whey protein
The whey protein isolate (WPI – WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE) is
the quickest acting and at the same time the most abundant
source of protein. Thanks to the complex cross filtration
process, which takes place at low temperatures, top
quality raw material is obtained – WPI CFM®. This is nondenaturated protein, which maintains its full structure and
activity of functional whey proteins. The ideal proportions of
amino acids, high content of branched chain amino acids
(BCAA), the highest quantity of L-glutamine, top level of

Most biologically available of milk proteins is casein, which
accounts for more than 80 % of all milk proteins. They are

Egg protein
The pure egg albumin (albumin) obtained as a result of
ultrafiltration is a protein of amino acid profile that is most
similar to the human amino acid profile. The ultrafiltrated
egg protein is a source of the best pure proteins, particularly
rich in exogenic amino acids, including BCAA. It’s a protein
with a moderately long absorption time.
Soy protein
The most valuable plant protein originating from soy seeds

encouraged by his father, who was physical education
teacher at the time. Soon he found himself very active in
sports. When he turned 15, he discovered bodybuilding
which became his passion for the rest of his life. In 2000,
Andre took place in his first IFBB competition. Since then
he attended more than 35 contests and great success.
Among his biggest successes are, German Newcomer
Championships, German Cup in 2011 and the victory in
heavyweight class at Loaded Cup in Denmark, back in

Testosterone is one of the strongest and most important
anabolic hormones in terms of gaining muscle mass and
exertion adaptation; it stimulates protein synthesis very
efficiently. Administering this hormone or its analogues in
the form of medicines is harmful to health and it contradicts
sport principles. Usually, the human body does not use more
than a half of the production capacity of its own testosterone.
However, there are natural plant and alimentary substances
capable of stimulating testosterone production. Because
they work through natural regulatory mechanisms, they
significantly increase testosterone levels but only to the
upper range of physiological values. Due to this fact, they
efficiently stimulate protein anabolism and facilitate exercise
adaptation while being safe.
Fitosteroles from Tribulus terrestris are precursors of
steroid anabolic hormones inhibiting the production of
substances, which limit testosterone production.
Zinc (amino acid chelate Albion®) – it is required for
correct testosterone production and the development and
functioning of seminiferous tubules. The research indicates
that even a moderate deficiency of zinc can be responsible
for sexual disorders and decreased libido. Supplementation

Contemporarily manufactured diet supplements modulating
the level of endogenous testosterone are made up of

D-Aspartic acid (DAA) -- it is an amino acid physiologically
present in our bodies whose greatest concentrations can
be found in pituitary gland and testicles. It participates
in regulation of testosterone levels and secretion. It is
responsible for increasing luteinizing hormone (LH) in
pituitary gland, which by affecting Leydig cells in testicles
intensifies testosterone synthesis there. DAA also has a
direct effect on gonads, additionally increasing androgen
synthesis.
Fenugreek extract -- glycosides it contains (mainly furostanol)
demonstrate anabolic activity and while their prolonged
consumption increases the supply of food provided. Its
mechanism of action is most provided based on displacing

binding globulin (SHGB) and albumin due to which it increases
the amount of free serum anabolic testosterone. A similar

Maca root extract rich in glucosinolates and isothiocyanates

for increasing concentration of blood serum testosterone
is related to increasing bioavailability of this androgen

Innovative testosterone booster not only increases blood
concentrations of this hormone but also limits the effect
of female hormones, estrogens. It occurs by decreasing
the speed of transformation of testosterone to estradiol
(inhibiting aromatase activity, an enzyme responsible

The body produces small amounts of HMB in order to prevent proteins from destruction as a result of catabolic processes
arising from bad diet, physical exertion or stress. It is a short-chain fatty acid which is naturally produced in the body from

He was born in Biała Rawska in 1977. He has been
involved in bodybuilding since 1990. He made his first
appearance at the Polish Championships in bench press.
He was 16 years old at the time and his record was 160
kg. Two years later he would achieve 205 kg. Since his
first appearance at the Polish Championships, he has
won ten times. For almost 7 years he also practised
box (age 15-22). He entered a Strongman competition
for the first time on 1 May 1999 in Płock. Mariusz
Pudzianowski is a member of the World Strongman Cup
Federation. On 14 September 2008 he won his fifth
World Championships, thus becoming the only person
to hold five World Strongman Champion titles. On 12
December 2009 he made a very successful debut in
MMA which he plans to deal with in the near future.

Human body is not able to assimilate minerals from inorganic salts completely. In order to use a microelement in its
inorganic form, it has to conduct the process of chelation first. Unfortunately, the environment of digestive tract is not
perfect for an efficient course of natural chelation. There are numerous factors which disturb it (preservatives, dyes, ions)
and that is why it is so little efficient. Firstly, organic ingredients are often lacking, which results in the fact that the mineral
in its inorganic form is not „caught”. Secondly, minerals in the form of inorganic salts are often very chemically unstable.
