Be sure to tell your server you need the special gluten free crust. Uccello's features a 10” crust that is made with rice flour.
Our gluten free pizzas share the same toppings as our traditional pizza dough which is tossed in flour.
Because of this, people with moderate to severe allergies should not order the pizza.

tequila, scotch, whiskey, red wine and white wine are all usually
safe for consumption. The distillation process typically removes

Beer is the most problematic beverage when looking for
gluten-free alcohol options. More often than not, beers are
made of barley malts, and therefore very agitating.
Coke, Diet Coke, Cherry Coke, Sprite, Barq’s Root Beer,
Mello Yello, Raspberry Iced Tea, Hot Tea and Lemonade
are all gluten free.
