We will send you a Pro Forma Invoice which can be paid by, Cheque, Cash,
BACS or Credit Card.
IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST ORDER:
Non-account customers will be asked to pay in advance for their order.
As products are supplied from various manufacturers, you may receive
more than one delivery covering your order.
We will liaise with you to keep your delivery charges to a minimum.
We will need the name of your charity or organisation.
Your registered charity number (where applicable)
The address for invoicing and delivery.
Your name and telephone number.
• All items are plus VAT (where applicable) and delivery at cost (unless
specified otherwise). Items are supplied subject to availability.
Normally you will receive a Delivery Note with the goods, followed
by an Invoice posted to you a day later, which is payable within 28 days.
SUPPLY
Please let us know within 7 days of delivery of any problems with the goods.
• All packing details are approximate and may change during production.
All goods are supplied according to Care Fundraising Supplies Main Terms
and Conditions of Sale which are listed below.
• Some items have limited availability. We will notify you if any product has sold
out and suggest alternatives.
MAIN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
• Personalised items are subject to an artwork fee of up to £35.
• We reserve the right to part supply orders.
When you place your order we will let you know the total payable, including VAT
(where applicable).
We confirm all orders within 2 weeks. Please check this confirmation carefully.
If you do not receive your confirmation, please ring to check that we have
received your order.
Please let us know if the Delivery Address is different from the Invoice Address
when you place your order and any other requests that you would like us to
accommodate such as early delivery.
1. Pro-forma required for first order. 2. Accounts will be offered to established
customers on 28 day credit terms. 3. All goods remain the property of Sequin
Stone Limited until paid for in full. 4. Any claim for damage or non-delivery of
goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. 5. We reserve the right to
part supply. 6. Prices are subject to change but once an order has been confirmed
the price is fixed. 7. We will not be held liable for failure to deliver goods/orders as
a result of Acts of God, uncontrollable events such as War, Terrorist Attacks,
Volcanic Eruptions, Ash Clouds and Pandemics. 8. Artwork remains the property
of Care Fundraising Supplies until orders are placed and paid for. Care Fundraising
Supplies do not allow other suppliers/companies access for production without
prior consent. Failure to do this may result in extra charges. 9. We reserve the
