decosil è creatività, ricerca stilistica, studio attento delle forme
e delle realizzazioni, è professionalità artigianale applicata all’arte
pasticcera.
Nasce nel 2006 dal connubio tra la sapienza di esperti professionisti
del silicone e dall’esperienza pasticcera del Maestro Laghi: è
dall’unione di queste conoscenze che prende forma ogni stampo in
silicone alimentare decosil.

Gli stampi per pasticceria di decosil sono unici nel loro genere,
permettono realizzazioni straordinarie, in cioccolato, zucchero,
pasta di mandorle, diversamente ottenibili solo con ore e ore di
lavoro manuale. Prodotti dolciari in tre dimensioni, piccole sculture
decorative, idee per sorprendere. Questi strumenti, messi a
disposizione della fantasia e dell’arte del pasticcere, sono piccoli
capolavori realizzati seguendo un sapiente processo artigianale che
permette di avere prodotti esclusivi e di lusso. Rispettano standard
qualitativi altissimi dal punto di vista della certificazione alimentare,
in conformità con le norme di atossicità e sono garantiti in fatto di
resistenza e indeformabilità.

decosil® pastry moulds are unique in their kind allowing to create
extraordinary works using chocolate, sugar and almond paste
otherwise possible to obtain only after several hours of manual
work: 3D confectionery products, small decorative sculptures,
ideas to surprise. These tools are little masterpieces made
available by the imagination and the art of the pastry chef and
produced by following a skilful process which lead to exclusive and
luxury final items.
The moulds meet very high quality standards from the
point of view of food certification, in compliance with the rules
of non-toxicity and are guaranteed in terms of resistance and
rigidity. decosil® silicone moulds are designed in order to provide
results of high added value thanks to a unique and extremely
simple experience: to save time and effort to gain an outstanding
result in terms of emotion. The goal is to differentiate from the
competitors, aiming to an elite clientele looking not only for quality
for the palate but also for an aesthetic experience in line with their

Les moules decosil® pour la pâtisserie sont des créations
uniques dans leur genre, permettent de obtenir des réalisations
extraordinaires avec le chocolat, le sucre, le pâte d'amande, la
crème glacée, sinon obtenues seulement avec des nombreuses
heures de travail. Petites sculptures décoratives en trois
dimensions idées pour surprendre. Ces outils sont mise à
disposition de l’imagination et de l'art de chaque pâtissier, sont
des petits chefs-d'œuvre faits aprés un processus artisan habile
qui permettent de créer desserts exclusifs et luxueux.
Les moules decosil® sont conformes aux règles de l'UE sur le
contact alimentaire et sont garanties en termes de résistance et
de stabilité.
Les produits sont nés afin de s’assurer des résultats avec un
très haute valeur ajoutée mais en une façon très simple et que

about the moulds and their purposes, specific recipes to give
an innovative style to the products and training courses held by
pastry chef Stefano Laghi who will presents the secrets to obtain
extraordinary results by using the decosil® moulds. Each mould
is sold with instructions and illustrated brochures to help the pastry
chef during the process work.

les informations utiles, pour découvrir comment obtenir des

nuovo soggetto con passione e creatività.
Dal concetto si passa alla realizzazione grafica a
mano libera, poi al modello cesellato dallo scultore
che lavora in costante confronto con i designer, per
arrivare al primo esemplare di stampo.
Il prototipo viene testato dal Maestro Laghi e dal
suo team, messo in opera in tutte le sue possibili
applicazioni.
Solo dopo aver superato i test dei professionisti della
pasticceria viene messo in produzione e registrato.
Questa operatività permette anche di ottenere
soggetti personalizzati, studiati e plasmati a richiesta
del cliente, che rimangono di sua esclusiva proprietà.
It is from the concept that decosil® designers develop
with passion and creativity each new model. The
following step is the freehand design and then the
chiselled model by the sculptor who works constantly
in touch with the designers, to get to the first prototype.
The prototype is tested by the Master Stefano Laghi
and his team and put into work in all its possible
applications. Only after passing the tests of pastry
professionals the prototype is put into production and
the design is registered.
This operativeness also allows to get personalized
items, designed and shaped on customer's request,
which remain its exclusive ownership.

decosil nasce una collezione di stampi dedicata
alla creazione di soggetti o forme geometriche
supportati da bastoncini per ottenere snack, dessert
da passeggio o al piatto.
Une idée de Gabriele Bozio Delmastro pour decosil
devient une collection de moules dédié à la création
de sujets ou de formes géométriques supportées
par bâtons pour collation, desserts à pied et
desserts à l'assiette.
Può essere utilizzato con prodotti fluidi: cioccolato, zucchero,
mousse, bavaresi, ghiaccioli, gelatine di frutta o pastosi quali
gelato, marzapane, tartare di carne, pesce o vegetariani.
decoStick® è uno stampo in silicone alimentare composto da due
parti: una “base” in silicone traslucido morbido e un “fermo” di
chiusura in silicone nero più rigido amovibile, che da una maggiore
stabilità allo stampo. Quest’ultimo, inoltre, blocca e supporta
solidamente il bastoncino e permette di riempire lo stampo anche
con prodotti pastosi, senza che il bastoncino si sposti; evita la
fuoriuscita di materiali fluidi consentendo di estrarre dallo stampo i
soggetti con estrema facilità senza deformarli.
Nella parte inferiore dello stampo decoStick® sono previste delle
fessurazioni parziali che favoriscono il raffreddamento più veloce
dei composti in abbattitore.

These moulds can be used with liquid products such as
chocolate, sugar, mousse, bavarian cake mixture, icicle,
jellies fruit or pasty products as ice cream, marzipan and meat, fish
or vegetarian tartare.
decoStick® is a food-grade silicone mould composed by two
parts: a soft translucent silicone base and a harder black silicone
detachable lock which gives a greater stability to the mould.
Moreover, the latter, solidly blocks and supports the stick and
allows to fill the mould with pasty products, prevents the fluid
materials leakage, allowing to easily extract the subject from the
mould without deforming it.
In the lower part of the decoStick® mould are provided partial
fissures that facilitate the faster cooling of the compounds in the
blast chiller.

OGNI FORMA DELLA LINEAGUSCIO® ha un suo TERMOFORMATO corrispondente.
Per utilizzare gli stampi in silicone della LINEAGUSCIO® (Campana, Pino, Sfera, Uovo) è necessario abbinare l’articolo termoformato
composto da 2 parti rigide che sorreggono i gusci in silicone. Il Termoformato è un articolo a sé stante e come tale va acquistato a
parte. Inoltre è intercambiabile, quindi si può utilizzare su tutti i gusci della stessa forma e dimensione.
Gli stampi LINEAGUSCIO® sono un marchio esclusivo decosil®.
TOUTES LES FORMES DE LINEAGUSCIO® ont un THERMOFORMÉ correspondant.
Pour utiliser les moules en silicone de LINEAGUSCIO® (Cloche, Pine, Sphère, Œuf) est nécessaire les combiner avec les
thermoformés correspondant. Les thermoformés sont composé de 2 parties rigides nécessaires pour soutenir les moules de
silicone. Le thermoformé est un article en soi et comme telle doit être acheté séparément. Il est interchangeable et on peut
l’utiliser avec toutes les coquilles de silicone de la même forme.
Les moules LINEAGUSCIO® sont un brevet exclusif decosil®.

To use the LINEAGUSCIO® silicone moulds (Bell, Pine, Sphere, Egg) it is necessary to combine the thermoformed articles,
consisting of 2 rigid parts needed to sustain the shells of silicone. The Thermoformed is a separate article and as such it must
