The inhalation of steam is an excellent treatment for respiratory
problems. The Steam Bath brings about an intense
perspiration, cleanses the deep layers of the skin, eliminates

rheumatic diseases, bronchitis, colds and allergies.

The Bio-Sauna is much more pleasant and more comfortable
than the traditional sauna. The increased humidity, without the
need for high temperatures, will make the body sweat and
bring toxins to the surface. The skin will be cleansed into its
deepest layers, softening the skin and bringing about a healthy
glow. The respiratory system will also benefit from the action of
the essential oils (aromas) which are present in the air of the
sauna.
Light and music create a pleasant environment for complete
relaxation. The Bio-sauna is an ideal way to eliminate everyday
stress and release negative energies.
From the moment our organism is exposed to temperatures exceeding 42˚C, it
enters into a self-adjusting mode, dilating the pores and activating a thermal
sweating process in order to rapidly lose the excess of heat. Exposure to high
temperatures creates an artificial feverish state, known as the hyperthermal
process. The fever is part of a natural healing process and stimulates the immune
system through an increased production of antibodies and interferon. Benefits
include the stimulation of blood circulation and prevention of colds, flu and

HIMALAYA SALT
Himalaya salt is 250 million years old and retains the composition of
prehistoric seas, being extracted from a depth of more than 1000
metres.
The salt from the Himalaya Mountains is not processed or chemically
treated and keeps its orange colour. It is a pure form of salt; 100%
natural, non-refined, with no additives and with no added iodine, and
contains 84 minerals which are essential for the proper functioning of
the human body.
For these reasons this type of salt is considered the healthiest on the
planet, and is defined by the Germans as the “spice of life”.
THALASSO CABIN
The Thalasso Cabin with salt from Himalaya, in a
session of just 20-30 minutes, offers the same
accumulated beneficial effects as gained during a
few days spent at the sea shore.
The walls of salt saturate the air with beneficial

At 8 x 4 m the design of this pool, unique in Romania, combines the benefits of warm water with massage performed by water jets. The

The swimming pool is equipped with specialised systems for cleaning and filtering water
and has a depth which varies from 1.3 m to 1.5 m, a PH value of 5.7 and a temperature of
29˚C. The pool is covered, offering protection from the harsh sun and cold rain.
The chairs are from Laghetto, providing the perfect ergonomics for a unique relaxation
experience. The pool has a Pool Bar offering refreshing and healthy fresh juices made from
