ABCO HEADS DOWN THE SHORE FOR GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION IN LAKEWOOD, NJ!
ABCO, the nation’s largest independent distributor
of HVAC and Refrigeration products and solutions,
celebrated the Grand Opening of our 18th branch on
Tuesday, July 15th. More than 200 HVAC & Refrigeration
professionals, manufacturers’ representatives, community
leaders and ABCO Team members came together to get
things started at our new super center in Lakewood, NJ.
“The forecast was for heavy rain all day, but the
skies opened up and the heavens smiled upon us with
sun for our big day,” said ABCO’s Chief Marketing
Officer Bob Cesiro. “We were able to supply a lot of
celebration with our service. The festivities started
early at 7:30 AM and continued throughout the day. We
kicked things off with a Gourmet Breakfast, followed by
a Trade Fair featuring all the leading manufacturers from
Mitsubishi and Luxaire, to Emerson and Bohn. There
were free giveaways and even a Barbecue & Blues Lunch
with live music. It all made for a truly memorable day.”
ABCO CEO Michael Senter christened the new
branch with a warm, inspiring speech followed by a
ribbon cutting ceremony with Branch Manager Bill Smith.
Our new 20,000 square ft. facility, located at 1941
Rutgers University Blvd. in Lakewood, will complement
the service of our current branches in Totowa & Kenilworth.
The new location is positioned to better serve HVAC
and Refrigeration professionals from Monmouth County
to Atlantic County with extensive inventory and delivery
capabilities, along with engineering and sales support.
Customers will have easier access to the largest
supply in the Northeast of superior HVAC brands such
as Luxaire and Mitsubishi— the backbone of bundled
high performing systems in ABCO’s Residential Package
Deals offerings. Additionally, we offer a full line of
Copeland and Emerson Refrigeration products.
Customers will also enjoy drive-up bay loading docks,
an extended service counter, dedicated Will Call area,
lunching area, expanded self-pick showroom,

PAULK AND NICK LOBOSCO!
On Friday, July 11, ABCO celebrated Benny Paulk (left)
and Nick Lobosco (right) who both retired as ABCO Drivers
for our Middle Village warehouse. Benny served our
customers for 27 years, while Nick logged in 18 years
steadfastly delivering equipment to branches and customers.
We estimate that if you drive all the miles they’ve driven,
you could go to the moon and back—5 times!
Good luck in retirement, gentlemen. ABCO deeply
