JoAnn Sharts has been a volunteer at the Visitor
Information Center for over 25 years! When asked how
long she’s been volunteering here, JoAnn responds, “Well,
about as long as this building has been here, I’ve been
here.” JoAnn is being honored not only for her dependable
support each and every Sunday at the VIC, but also for her
dedication. She recently has undergone some health issues,
and while she has had to have the occasional substitute,
she is still as dependable as ever! JoAnn is quick to share
a laugh, share her love for Sequim and to bring joy to all
that she encounters. We especially appreciate JoAnn for her
willingness to be our volunteer statistician; she keeps track
of all of our volunteers’ hours and gives us a tidy report at
the end of each year. We wouldn’t want to do it without
you, JoAnn!
Tickets are pre-sold only! There will not be tickets
sold at the door. See Shawnna Rigg at
