Saving Energy:
As you may know, in March 2011, the big earthquake attacked Japan. Right after that, all of
nuclear power plants stooped working because the safety of those power plants are not
guaranteed, which means we don’t have enough electric power in Japan, especially in the
summer and winter.
I don’t mean you have to follow what I will mention here, but I really appreciate it if you could
do some good things for our earth.
Please note this again, that these mentions are not orders and I know some of my mentions
are a little too strict, so even if you don’t follow some of my mentions below, I don’t complain,
so no worries! But of course, only if it’s not too much…
[AC / Heater]
It uses so much electricity so please consider these things below:
1. When there is no person in a room, please turn off.
2. Please keep the temperature around 28 degrees Celsius in the summer, 23 in the winter.
3. Please consider not using very much while sleeping.
Climbing Mt. Fuji:
This last couple years, way much more foreigners visit Mt. Fuji than before. Since climbing
Mt. Fuji needs you to prepare and sometimes it’s dangerous, I will give you these
information here.
This is the website which gives you much information about Mt. Fuji.
http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e6901.html
Climbing Mt. Fuji is very hard and sometimes it's dangerous so I highly recommend you to
get enough information from the website above, books or other websites in advance. If you
don't mind climbing to the top but halfway, it should be okay but still consider an altitude
sickness, weather and temperature since it's easy to rain and very cold there!
