From Chicago, IL to the convention center by road is 9 hours and 30 Minutes. Norfolk, VA (ORF) to
Buffalo, NY (BUF) is 10 hours 50 minutes. So those out in these areas or farther would have to fly to
get to the Convention as the minimum travel time for most attendees by road would be five hours.
Transportation from the airport to the hotels will be covered by Bellam Autos and Limo service. 50
buses that sit 120 passengers each have been contracted for the duration of the convention. These
buses will be on stand by from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm on the day before the convention starts and for
two hours all through the event except for the bakery tour event where we would need them for 12
hours straight. The hotels also have provided two buses each to help get guests to the venue from
the airport. All hotels are close by and it will take approximately 5 minutes from the farthest hotel
to the convention center so many attendees will be walking. The Hyatt hotel has a connecting tunnel
to the convention center so this will be useful. The buses will also run a 7 hour schedule on 06/18
