Logan Murrell
A Knoxville native who has been featured all throughout the southeast sharing her passion for music, Murrell
started singing when she was just 2 and began taking
piano lessons at the age of 4, but switched to guitar “because it’s easier to haul around than a piano.” At age
8, she began performing professionally. She’s currently
working on a CD of all-original songs and is performing
all the instruments on each track.
JV Squad
7:00 pm JV Squad
An old-school and rhythm & blues band, with a
smidge of southern accents thrown in for good

Squad features Jared and Vanessa Bentley, David
Cate, Lance McCloud and Mike Sams.
SATURDAY, JULY 6TH

7:00 pm Eddie and Martha Adcock
Special demonstrations by local merchants will be offered during the day on Saturday on the Main Stage.
Be sure to check out this informative new event and while you’re at it, stop into our downtown shops and
support our local businesses.
The Main Stage is located on the east
side of Courthouse Square. Grab
your favorite festival treat from our
food vendors, take a seat, and enjoy
some great entertainment.
Mark Kroos
Hailing from Williamsburg, VA, he is one of the finest
acoustic guitarists and one of the only touring double
neck guitarists in the world. Mark’s almost strictly
instrumental style is characterized by open harmonies,
polyphonic textures, incredible tapping technique, and
is as entertaining to watch as it is to listen to. Drawing
influence from folk, Celtic, Indie, and even punk rock
artists as well as other great acoustic guitarists, Mark
Kroos has developed his own edge to the acoustic
guitar.
Eddie & Martha Adcock
Creator of the unique “Adcock style” of playing banjo and guitar,
Eddie’s been a major force in the field since the 1950’s. The
‘Richmond Times-Dispatch’ claims he, “is a patriarch of modern
bluegrass music.” A good ole Virginia boy and a South Carolina
girl, they make their home near Nashville, Tennessee, and tour
internationally with their music. Their warm and witty banter has
earned them the title “the Sonny and Cher of bluegrass”. Add to
Eddie’s amazing musicianship, Martha’s heartfelt vocals and rocksolid rhythm guitar playing, and what you’ve got is a high-energy
duo that is surely the “Biggest Little Band in Bluegrass”.
