Spiced Rum
Perfect Storm
• 1 oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• ½ oz Vanilla Simple Syrup or 1 tsp vanilla extract and ½ oz plain simple syrup
• 5 oz Cock & Bull Ginger Beer
• ½ oz Dark Rum
• Lime Wedge or Twist for Garnish
Begin with either Highball or Collins glass filled with ice. Add Vanilla Simple
Syrup, then One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum, next top with ginger beer. Now to
“float liquor” with a large flat spoon or bar spoon, turn spoon upside down
over cocktail, put pour spout directly on top of upturned spoon and pour
approximately one-half ounce of Dark Rum on top of the cocktail. No need to
stir. Garnish with lime wedge or twist.
One-Eyed Jon Rum-Rita
• 1½ oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• ¾ oz Triple Sec
• ¾ oz Lime Juice
• Bar spoon Simple Syrup • Salt for Glass Rim
• Lime Wheel Garnish
Begin by adding all ingredients into shaker tin.
Add ice and shake until cold to touch. Strain over
fresh ice into a glass with salted rim. Garnish with
lime wheel.

Banana Hammock
• 2 oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• 1 oz banana simple syrup
• ½ oz orange juice
• Dash of Angostura
Rim chilled coupe with sugar.
Put all ingredients into shaker filled
with ice and shake well.
Strain into prepared glass.
One-Eyed Daiquiri
Pumpkin Fever
• 2 oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• 1½ oz Bols Pumpkin Smash
• ½ oz heavy cream
Rim chilled martini glass with sugar.
Put all ingredients into shaker filled
with ice and shake well. Strain into prepared glass and sprinkle with cinnamon.
One-Eyed Daiquiri
• 1½ oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum • ½ oz Lime Juice
• ¾ oz Simple Syrup
• 1 oz POM Juice
Add all ingredients to shaker tin with ice. Shake vigorously until tin is cold to
touch. Strain into a martini glass, optional to sugar the rim first. Garnish with a
lime wheel.
Pirate Simplified
• 1½ oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• Rootbeer
• Dash of Bitters
Fill rocks glass with ice, add One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum, bitters, and top with
rootbeer. Simple and dee-lish!
Hot Spiced Rum
• 2 oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• 1 tsp butter
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• 5 oz boiling water
• Dash of Angostura
Stir together until dissolved; butter, brown sugar and hot water. Add rum and a
dash of angostura and stir well. Grate a sprinkle of cinnamon over the top and
garnish with a cinnamon stick.
Barrel Derby
• 1 oz One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum
• 2 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
• ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
Add ice to lowball glass, then One-Eyed Jon Spiced Rum, grapefruit juice and top
with elderflower liquor. Garnish with a lime wedge. Wonderful oak & pepper notes
from the spiced rum, pair will with grapefruit, adding a splash of elderflower for a
sweet & floral finish.
