PT. Karya Nadiso Utama is a manufacture for laboratory and office furniture. Our company was
based in Tangerang - Indonesia, whose conveniently located to all major customers demand which
make suitable for maintain the best service. Supporting by factory 1 around 1500 m2 and factory 2
around 3000 m2 and also the computerized machinery will produce high quality and great capacity
to serve the client requirement.
The principal business activities revolve around the sales and servicing furniture in the government
institution, research & development, hospital, and industry fields. We also capable to designing and
equipped team of the engineers and technicians, enabling us to claim honestly that we are able to
service every piece we sell.
As part of our on-going expansion plan, we seek to broaden our scope of activities through in
Indonesia. There fore we would like to present some information for your perusal.

About The Program
Space is a precious resource laboratory managers have
to use it efficiently, both in industry and in the research fields.
The choice of the technical furniture systems that exploit
to the utmost the available space, is therefore becoming
more and more prerequisite.
Flexibility
The speed at which operative protocols change
to adequate themselves to the technological
evolution requires furniture systems that can
be likewise modified to answer the space
and supply needs of the instruments used.
Safety
The national and community laws demand to respect
strict safety requirements for the protection of both
workers and working environment. The furniture system
chosen and the fume hoods represent and important
element for the safety level qualification of a laboratory
both as regards the materials use and as the technical
solution chosen.
Financial Budgetary
When designing new laboratory, the technically
aspect is not the one and only, the financial
calculation become one of the consideration

About The Program
The laboratory is place in which technical staff spends
a great deal of time. Beside it should be safe and functional,
a new way of life for the laboratory needs comfortable
and pleasant for comfortable work. And it should offer
the best possible working conditions for the personnel
and their instrument. The color separation and other
aesthetics material are the ones of choice to do it.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Hygenic regulations aimed at the personnel at production
process safety demand the adoption of furniture systems
that aid and simplify the daily cleaning of the rooms.
The good maintenance system both of the furniture and
the equipment inside for long time will reduce time and costs.
Work Station Customization
The specialization of the operators assigned to a specific
process requires and adequate customization of their work
stations, so as to improve safety level and productivity. A well
organized and modular furniture system enable adoption
of the operative space to the single needs, making work more
comfortable even in the use of the most cumbersome
equipment. The benefit of good furniture system is reduction
of the operator's strain, the risk of accident, and to increase
productivity.

ISO 17025 STATEMENT
5.3 Accommodation and environmental conditions
5.3.1 Laboratory facilities for testing and/or calibration, including but not limited to energy
sources, lighting and environmental conditions, shall be such as to facilitate correct performance
of the tests and/ or calibrations. The laboratory shall ensure that the environmental conditions do
not invalidate the results or adversely affect the required quality of any measurement.
ISO 17025 STATEMENT
Particular care shall be taken when sampling and tests and/ or calibrations are undertaken at
sites other than a permanent laboratory facility. The technical requirements for accommodation
and environmental conditions that can affect the results of test and calibrations shall be
documented.
5.3.2 The laboratory shall monitor, control and record environmental conditions as required by
the relevant specifications, methods and procedures or where they influence the quality of the
results. Due attention shall be paid, for example to biological sterility, dust, electromagnetic,
disturbances, radiation, humidity, electrical supply, temperature, and sound and vibration levels,
as appropriate to the technical activities concerned. Tests and calibrations shall be stopped when
the environmental conditions jeopardize the results of the tests and/ or calibrations.
5.3.3 There shall be effective separation between neighboring areas in which there are
incompatible activities. Measures shall be taken to prevent cross-contamination.
5.3.4 Access to and use of areas affecting the quality of the tests and/or calibrations shall be
controlled. The laboratory shall determine the extent of control based on its particular
circumstances.
5.3.5 Measures shall be taken to ensure good housekeeping in the laboratory. Special procedures
shall be prepared where necessary.

SCRUBBING PROCESS
Contaminated exhaust fumes from the fume hood enters the unit, passes through the packed bed
(bottom filter), then through the liquid spray section, a mist eliminator (top filter) then into the
exhaust system for release to the building exterior. The scrubbing liquor is collected in the
reservoir in the bottom section and is re-circulated by the pump back to be used in the liquid spray
section. The exhaust fumes and the scrubbing liquor pass in a counter current fashion, resulting in
efficient gas/liquid contact.

COMPACT LABORATORY WASTE SYSTEM
NADISO® series Laboratory Waste Treatment System is a compact skid-mounted
pH adjustment system designed for neutralizing concentrated wastewater in
laboratory applied. These systems include holding tanks for storing both acidic
and caustic wastewater. The wastes are alternately added in small increments to a
reaction tank containing a heel of water.
Laminar Flow
Once level is made in the reaction tank and the wastewater is neutralized it is
discharged to the sewer. If a waste is depleted during a treatment cycle, the system
automatically switches to using chemical reagents for pH neu-tralization.
