Manna House is a 501(c)3 Public Charity that provides assistance to those in need and is supported by contributions from individuals, churches, civic groups, and businesses. As cold weather approaches Manna House is especially in need of warm clothing – everything from jackets, coats, and jeans to work clothes. The most requested items are sweaters, long sleeved shirts, and socks. They are especially in need of men’s clothes and work boots. They also need sweatshirts and sweatpants for those in rehab. Toiletries such as bath soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and lotion of any size are also badly needed. This is an opportunity for each of us to help those less fortunate. We will start collecting your donated items next Wednesday, November 19.
