Supplies (To be turned in upon child’s first day)
1 Box of Facial Tissues
1 Box of Gallon Ziploc Bags
Daily: to ensure that we provide the safest, cleanest environment we ask that
you label ALL belongings
• Diapers (can leave bulk amount to be stored in the classroom)
• Baby Wipes (to be stored in the classroom, students will only have their personal wipes
used during diaper changes, unless personal supply runs out before supply is replenished)

Breastmilk or Formula
Bottled Water (if needed for formula)
Bottles 1 per feeding (bottles may not be reused)
Baby food, cereal, or finger foods (if needed)
Pacifier, if needed
Change of Clothes (2 Pair)
Appropriate size sleep sack (will send home on Fridays to be cleaned)
Monthly: Please send the following on the first Monday of each month
• 1 Container of Clorox Wipes
• 1 Box of Gallon Size Ziploc Bags
