POLICY:
The Angola Pennysaver is one of the
best marketing values serving Angola,
Evans, Brant, Farnham, Irving,
Derby, North Evans and Lake
View areas. Angola Pennysaver has
been a household name in our area for
82 years.
TERMS:
Cash with order unless
credit is established.
Accounts are due within
15 days of invoice date
following publication.
Accounts 30 days past
due are subject to
suspension. Contract
accounts are subject to
cancellation and chargeback to open rate if not
kept current. Master,
Visa, Discover and
American Express cards
accepted.
PROOFING:
Advertisement may be read by account prior to
publication by faxing, emailing or coming to the
Advertising Department. Advertisement tear sheet
provided by request.
INDEMNIFICATION:
The advertiser and/or advertising agency agrees
to defend and indemnify the publisher against
any and all liability, loss or expenses arising from
claims of libel, unfair competition, unfair trade
practices, infringement of trademarks, copyrights,
trade names, patents or proprietary rights
or violation of rights of privacy
resulting from the publication of
the advertiser’s advertisement.
DEADLINES:
Display Deadlines are one week
prior to issue
Copy due:
Wednesday at 2:00 pm
ACCEPTANCE:
The Angola Pennysaver
reserves the right
to reject or edit any
advertisement at any
time. A composition
charge will be made for all ads set and
killed without insertion.
PUBLISHER’S LIABILITY FOR ERROR:
The publisher shall not be liable for
slight changes or typographical errors
that do not lessen the value of an
advertisement. The publisher’s liability
for other errors is strictly limited to
publication of the Advertisement in any
subsequent issue or the refund of any
monies paid for the advertisement.

ads must be prepaid.

POSITION:
Requests at option of publisher. No credits
or allowances for position given except if it is
guaranteed and paid for as such. Any guaranteed
position 25% additional, if available. No
advertisement will run upside down.
BROKERAGE:
The Angola Pennysaver will NOT accept brokerage
advertising.
