proyectos inmobiliarios comerciales en Nueva York ha sido mucho
mayor que el retorno de los proyectos inmobiliarios comerciales en
EE.UU y que el S&P500.
Hasta hace poco el retorno promedio de los activos comerciales de

La oportunidad
La oportunidad consiste en invertir en la adquisición y el
desarrollo del edificio ubicado en 114 East 25th Street, para así
beneficiarse de los retornos del desarrollador del proyecto.
En abril 2015, Prodigy Network firmó una opción de compra
del edificio lo cual permite hacer la campaña de crowdfunding
de manera segura para cerrar la transacción en el primer
trimestre del 2016.
La estrategia de Prodigy Network consiste en adquirir
propiedades en Manhattan, ubicadas estratégicamente, para
luego desarrollar un concepto atractivo y generar valor en
