Nach der letztjährigen Einführung des Sirius Projektes
mit der Entwicklung eines Top-Rennskis mit
vorgespanntem Holzkern, entwickelt und betreut
von einem Team rund um den Schwedischen
Ex-Weltcup-Star Fredrik Nyberg, konzentrierten
sich unsere Techniker heuer auf die Fragen:
Wie muss ein perfekter Tourenski für den Alpinisten
und Tourenspezialisten konstruiert sein und wie kann
man die gewünschten Eigenschaften am besten in so
einem Ski umsetzen?
Selbstverständlich wurde auch am Projekt des
Rennskis der letzten Saison weiter gearbeitet.
Ein neues Carbonlaminat sowie ein nach
zahlreichen Tests weiterentwickelter und
verbesserter Belag sind die Ergebnisse.
Hauptinteresse unseres Teams in diesem Jahr galt
dem perfekten Tourenski. Ein Wunsch-Ski für
Alpinisten – für extremen Einsatz im Aufstieg wie
auch in der Abfahrt. Die wichtigsten Eigenschaften:
leichtgewichtig, guter Flex, perfekte Torsion, robust
und widerstandsfähig – besonders bei Belag und
Kante, und die Fahreigenschaften eines schweren
Pistenskis im schwierigen, alpinen Freigelände.
Wunschcharakteristika für die gesamte Tour –
Perfektion für Aufstieg und Abfahrt.
Die Erkenntnisse des Sirius Projektes spiegeln sich in
zwei limitierten Sonderserien wider, die auf
Anfrage im ausgewählten Fachhandel erhältlich sind.

After last years introduction of the Sirius project
with a top-notch racing ski with a preformed wood
core as developed by a team leaded by the former
Swedish Worldcup-Star Fredrik Nyberg, this year
our technicians put their focus on the development
of the perfect equipment for ski mountaineering
and touring.
The results of the Sirius project are reflected
in two series of skis, available in limited numbers
only on request in selected sportshops.

Of course the work on improving last year’s project,
the racing ski continued. Results are a new carbon
fibre laminate and a new, continuously tested and
adjusted running base.
The main interest of the team for this season
was on developing “the” top touring ski.
Every mountaineerer’s vision – a ski for extreme
performance in climbing and descent.
The main features: lightweight, perfect flex,
top torsion, imperishable and tough especially
regarding running base and edge and with the
riding characteristics of a heavy piste-ski even
in the face of a mountain’s most challenging
and severe conditions. Setting new standards
for the whole touring experience – indispensable
and unrivalled characteristics for climb
and descent.
